|Recommended: YesJust moved — I have lived here now for two months. I found the move in to be quite smooth. Taniqua and Sophi are very kind and helpful. The parking is convenient. My only issue is setting up online rent payments. I am very happy with the Attain.

Sophie and Temeka are some of the nicest people I’ve met, and they made me feel welcomed before I even signed the lease Other tenants are not the friendliest, but it is what it is. I recommend living here if you want to live downtown, with an awesome gym and pool to boot
|Recommended: YesModern Design, Convenient Location — Close to everything in downtown Norfolk without compromising a quiet environment. I appreciate the quality appliances and modern design of the units. Clean building with no bug, no rodents and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

|Recommended: YesGreat downtown location — Aura Downtown offers a great option for downtown living. The apartments are appointed with new, quality appliances and the finishes are modern and clean. Attached parking garage is a great convenience, but the parking spots are tight. The property staff is on location and is extremely helpful.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident but LOVE Aura — Overall I absolutely love my apartment The staff is absolutely amazing. The office, cleaning, and maintenance staff are all very nice. Structurally the apartments are well built with a few flaws. The sliding doors and large windows are beautiful but if you live in an interior apart it's a little awkward how you can see into the other apartments. Structurally I'm impressed with a newer Norfolk building, I can hear my above neighbor stomping but they are loud and even then I can barely hear them. There are a few things that need to be fixed in my apartment but fortunately, the maintenance team is timely with repairs. There's enough community that I recognize my neighbors and they are nice but I don't really run into them too much. Overall I highly recommend Aura, I feel safe, it's beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing and every apartment has it's but they seem to care about the management of the property.
